Relay helps teams create, assign, track, and close task follow-ups, meetings, form requests, and file requests. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

Information We Collect

Relay may collect information that you or your organization provide in the app, including names, phone numbers, task details, deadlines, meeting details, form templates, form responses, comments, status updates, file attachments, photos, videos, and other evidence uploaded to complete or review work.

Relay may also collect technical information such as device, browser, IP address, request metadata, and basic activity logs needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide app functionality, including assigning work, showing task status, sending or displaying follow-ups, recording acknowledgements, reviewing submitted evidence, and maintaining an activity trail for each item.

We may also use information to maintain the service, prevent abuse, diagnose technical issues, and respond to support requests.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Relay data for third-party advertising or tracking. Information may be visible to the people and teams involved in the relevant task, meeting, form, or file request, and to service providers that help us host, store, secure, or operate Relay.

Uploads and Attachments

If you upload files, photos, videos, or evidence, those uploads are stored and used to support the relevant task workflow. Only upload content that you are allowed to share with the people or organization using Relay.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Relay, maintain task records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Your organization may ask us to delete or export information when permitted by law and operational requirements.

Your Choices

You can choose not to provide optional attachments or evidence. You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or support with your information, subject to verification and applicable requirements.

Children

Relay is intended for team and work coordination. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
