What to Include

Include your name, organization, device model, app version, and a short description of the issue. If the issue is tied to a specific task or request, include the task title and approximate time of the problem.

Typical Response

We review support messages and respond as soon as practical. Critical access, upload, or data issues are prioritized.

Privacy, deletion, and security

Delete an account from Profile in the app or follow the account-deletion instructions. Report a suspected security issue by email without including OTP codes, access tokens, or private task links.
